The Bay Tree is an independently owned and run coffee shop in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. We have been open since 2003 and have worked hard to create a unique and welcoming space serving delicious food and drink. We use only the finest beans for our coffee, make most of our delicious food on site (and source the rest from just a few specialist suppliers) and hire the nicest people to work alongside us to make you feel as welcome as possible. We are open every day so come along, have a drink and a bite to eat and let us help you feel relaxed and revived.
